1. Responsible for the development of electric drive, battery system thermal management related components, or air conditioning system related components;

2. Responsible for requirement docking, requirement analysis, system selection, and development of control strategies for thermal management components;

3. Responsible for evaluating the technical capabilities and solutions of thermal management component suppliers;

4. Responsible for the preparation of key deliverables for each project node;

5. Responsible for resolving quality issues related to thermal management components.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of experience in electric drive, battery system thermal management development, or air conditioning system development;

2. Familiar with the standards and regulations related to thermal management systems and air conditioning systems in the automotive industry;

3. Familiar with the vehicle development process;

4. Familiar with control strategies and calibration methods for thermal management systems or air conditioning systems;

5. Proficient in using software such as CATIA and AutoCAD.
